First Visit

As soon as you walk through our doors, you’ll receive a warm welcome. We keep wait times to a minimum but if you get here early, unwind in our comfy reception area. Feel free to take advantage of our free WiFi or enjoy coffee, hot chocolate or a freshly baked cookie. When it’s your turn, a friendly, experienced team member will show you around our beautiful, state-of-the-art office.

Once you’ve completed your tour, we’ll take diagnostic records, including low-dose digital x-rays and photos of your smile. These records are important for helping Dr. Melanie get a complete picture of your smile needs.

Dr. Melanie will complete a thorough oral exam to evaluate your bite. Her findings, combined with your diagnostic records, allow her to decide if you could benefit from treatment. If you can, she’ll use the information to create a personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Melanie will sit down with you and walk you through her diagnosis and the treatment options for you or your child. She’ll answer any questions you have and take as much time as necessary to ensure you feel informed and confident about any decisions. We’ll also fill you in on everything you need to know, including the cost of braces or clear aligners, the length of your treatment and our flexible financing options.

We offer same-day starts to save you from having to make another trip to our office. If you’re ready to kick off your smile journey, you can get started on your treatment right after your exam.
